Being Pet or Dog friendly, this room includes a dog bed, food and drink bowls for the 4 legged guest as well as cleaning supplies.

To make this
policy possible and ensure a memorable stay for everyone, there are a few rules
which you are asked to adhere to during your stay:
We
provide the bed, however the bedding and cushions to make your pet more
comfortable are your responsibility.

We
provide the food and water bowls in the room, please bring the food your furry
friend prefers with you.
·
Your dog
must be supervised at all times, and must be on a leash in the public areas.
·
Please
keep any noise and barking to an absolute minimum – we would not like to have
to ask you to leave because of disturbances to other guests.
·
We
have set aside special bedrooms especially for use by families who are
accompanied by their dog. These are the
only bedrooms in which pets are permitted anywhere in the Resort. These rooms all have a small yard or balcony for your dog’s
business. Please do make sure that any
mess is cleared up quickly, using the provided cleaning equipment and doggie
bags. As we are located in beautiful
countryside, we recommend taking your dog out for walks. Regardless of where you are in the Resort or
outside it, you are responsible for picking up after your dog. Make sure that our surroundings are left
clean and any bags are to be disposed of properly.
· Your
room will be serviced whilst yourself and your dog are out of the room. Please make sure that your dog’s mess is
cleared before leaving the room. The
room attendant will not clean after your dog.
· Dogs
are welcome to walk through the public areas, and are welcome to sit with you
in designated parts of the outdoor public areas. These areas are outdoor areas
of Kofi & Kale, and Bnin Restaurant.
The only place you pet is permitted to sit with you indoors is in the Lobby,
but it must be well-behaved at all times. (Some outlets may not be available
during your stay, please check with reception the available outlets).
· Kofi
& Kale and Bnin are the only indoor restaurants within the Resort that are dog
friendly. We ask that you contact reception book at your earliest, so that we
can reserve a table for you, and will be aware that you are bringing your dog.
· You
are responsible for any damage to the room and its contents. Your room will be
inspected upon your departure. If extensive cleaning or repairs are required
beyond the usual deep clean process, you may be charged additional fees.
· Your
four-legged friend may be left in your room unattended for short periods, but
we ask that you check on it regularly to ensure their safety and guarantee they
are not disturbing nearby guests.
·
It is very important to have
the door hanger in place when the dog is alone in the room. This will notify our staff not to enter. Please do not leave the hotel grounds without your dog. They do not like to be alone in a new
environment.

A few
cats do live happily within the grounds of the Resort. Please ask your dog not
to bark at them or frighten them… the cats were here first!
· Unfortunately,
dogs are not allowed on our sandy beach or outdoor and indoor pool areas.
We are proud to be a dog friendly Resort, but we do
ask that these requests be met so that we do not risk upsetting any other
guests. Unfortunately and against our wish, if we find that other guests are
being disturbed by your pet, we will have to ask you both to leave.
